Quick start in 5 steps
Create your account
Tap Sign In and choose Continue with Google, or create an account with your email. Pick your language from the flag at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, tap Install App in the sidebar to put Kuro AI on your home screen.
Find a character in the Tavern
Open Tavern, scroll or search, and tap a character you like. Then tap Start Chatting. Can't find someone? Tap the sparkles button next to the search bar (REQUEST CHARACTER on a wider screen) to ask for it.
Ask for a photo
In the chat, write something like "send me a photo of you smiling at the beach", or tap + → Request Photo. Use Wardrobe and Poses in the same menu to pick the outfit and the pose.
Claim your free Krystals every day
Check in once a day for free Krystals (KR), and claim your streak on the Dashboard. Chatting, photos and gifts raise your bond with each character, and some bond levels unlock card packs. Gifts also fill your pack bar (members fill it by chatting too), and every 200 pack XP gives you a pack.
Open packs and build your collection
Open your packs, add the characters you want to your Wishlist, and trade with other players in Market → Deals.
FAQ
I paid, but my membership or Krystals didn't show up. They're added as soon as the payment is detected. Open your user menu → My Balance → Activity History and check the All filter. If they're still missing, open a ticket on Discord with your account email. More in Help & FAQ.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings → Membership → Cancel Subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Step by step.
Why did my membership Krystals disappear? Krystals that come with a membership reset at the end of each billing cycle. Krystals you buy don't reset with your membership cycle. Details.
My photo never arrived. Reload the chat first. If it still isn't there, see what to do.
I paid for a character and it wasn't made. If a paid character request is rejected, the KR you paid are returned to your balance. If a Training order fails, its KR are returned to your balance too. See our Terms for the details. Details.
How do I cancel a trade or get my Krystals back from an offer? Open Market → Deals, open the trade and tap Cancel. More.
What's the difference between Krystals and Stardust? Krystals are the main currency. Stardust is a second currency you get mostly by burning cards. More.
