🎁 Gifts & Tipping
Gifts are the main way to show love to your favorite characters and strengthen your bond with them. Every gift you send earns Bond XP, unlocks new perks, and gives you a chance to earn exclusive card packs.
Available Gifts
There are 8 different gifts you can send, each with a different cost and effect:

1 Krystal spent = 1 Bond XP earned. The more you give, the faster your bond grows.
How to Send a Gift
- Open any chat with a character
- Tap the "+" menu at the bottom
- Select "Gift" to open the Gift Panel
- Choose a gift and tap to send
The character will react with a personalized response based on what you sent and your relationship level. Higher-value gifts get more emotional and expressive reactions!
Gift Combos
If you send multiple gifts within 5 seconds, they get buffered together into a combo. Instead of reacting to each gift individually, the character will send a single, richer response acknowledging everything at once.
How it works:
- Send Gift A → a countdown ring appears (5 seconds)
- Send Gift B within that window → added to the combo
- Send Gift C → added again
- After 5 seconds of no new gifts → the character reacts to all of them at once
You'll see a combo counter (e.g., "x3") showing how many gifts are in the current combo. This results in more natural, coherent reactions.
Group Chat Gifts
In group chats, you can choose to send a gift to:
- A specific character — costs the normal price
- Everyone in the group — costs the gift price multiplied by the number of characters
When you send to everyone, each character reacts in sequence — and they can see what the others said, creating fun banter chains!
Bond System
Every gift you send increases your Bond Level with that character. As your bond grows, you unlock exclusive perks:

Your bond level is visible on your profile and in the character's chat.
Bond Packs (Card Rewards)
For every 200 XP worth of gifts you send to a character, you earn a Bond Pack.
When you open a Bond Pack, a CS:GO-style roulette animation plays and you win a random card of that character!
Card rarities you can win:

After receiving a card, you can:
- Collect it — add it to your inventory for free
- Burn it — convert it to Stardust, a currency used for card customization
Gift Panel Tabs
The Gift Panel has 3 tabs:
Gifts Tab
The default view — shows the 8 available gifts in a grid with prices, icons, and combo indicators.
Battle Tab (Waifu Wars)
A real-time leaderboard showing the top characters receiving gifts today. Features a podium with gold, silver, and bronze ranks, plus live updates showing recent donations. This tab comes alive during special Waifu Battle events.
Stats Tab (Hall of Fame)
Shows the Top Gifters for the current character — the users who have spent the most Krystals. You can see:
- Top 3 gifters on a podium with their avatars and total spent
- Your own rank and position
- Special Hall of Fame badges for mega-gifters
Tipping Creators in the Gallery
Beyond gifting characters, you can also tip other users for their published images in the Gallery.
- Browse the Gallery and find an image you love
- Click the purple gem icon on the card, or open the detail view and click "Tip Creator"
- Choose a preset amount (5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 KR) or enter a custom amount
- Confirm — your Krystals are sent directly to the creator
Tips show up as a total on each gallery card, so great content gets recognized by the community!
Tips for Maximizing Your Gifts
- Use combos — send multiple gifts quickly to get richer reactions
- Focus on one character — concentrated gifting builds bond faster and earns packs sooner
- Watch for events — Waifu Battle events make gifting more competitive and rewarding
- Burn duplicate cards — convert extra cards to Stardust for customization
