π Card Collection
Kuro AI features a full collectible card system where every character has unique tradeable cards. Pull packs, build your collection, customize your cards with cosmetics, and trade with other users on the marketplace.
Pulling Cards
To get new cards, you open card packs. Each pull costs 150 Krystals (KR) and gives you one random card.
Every card you pull has randomly assigned attributes:
- Character β which character appears on the card
- Print Number β your copy number (e.g., #0001, #0042, #3000)
- Condition β the physical state of the card
- Quality β the visual tier (Base, Foil, Prism, Max)
Lower print numbers are rarer and more valuable. Print #1 (SP) is the rarest card possible!
Card Rarities
Characters themselves have a rarity tier that affects how likely they are to appear in pulls:
| Rarity | Drop Rate | Border Color |
|---|---|---|
| Legendary | 1% | Gold |
| Epic | 9% | Purple |
| Rare | 30% | Blue |
| Common | 60% | Gray |
Legendary and Epic cards feature special visual effects like holographic shimmer and glowing borders.
Print Tiers
The print number on your card determines its value tier, separate from the character's rarity:
| Tier | Print Range | Color | Rarity |
|---|---|---|---|
| SP (Single Print) | #1 only | Orange | Ultra-rare β only 1 exists |
| Legendary | #2 β #10 | Gold | Only 9 copies |
| Epic | #11 β #100 | Purple | 90 copies |
| Rare | #101 β #500 | Blue | 400 copies |
| Common | #501+ | Gray | Unlimited |
A Common character with print #3 (Legendary tier) can be worth more than a Legendary character with print #5000 (Common tier). Print number matters!
Card Condition
Each card has a condition that affects its value and what customizations you can apply:
| Condition | Customizations Available | Stardust Value |
|---|---|---|
| Mint | All (frames, dyes, effects, morphs) | 100% |
| Excellent | All | 85% |
| Good | Frames, dyes, effects | 65% |
| Poor | Frames only | 40% |
| Damaged | None | 20% |
You can repair damaged cards using Stardust:
| Repair Step | Cost |
|---|---|
| Damaged β Poor | 10 SD |
| Poor β Good | 15 SD |
| Good β Excellent | 30 SD |
| Excellent β Mint | 45 SD |
| Total (Damaged β Mint) | 100 SD |
Card Variants
Cards come in different seasonal variants with unique artwork:
| Variant | Icon |
|---|---|
| Original | β |
| Summer / Beach | ποΈ |
| Christmas | π |
| Halloween | π |
| Valentine | π |
| Anniversary | π |
| Limited | β |
The same character can have a different card for each variant β collect them all!
Card Quality
Beyond condition, cards have a visual quality tier that enhances their appearance:
| Quality | Effect |
|---|---|
| Base | Standard look |
| Foil | Shiny foil overlay |
| Prism | Holographic / iridescent effect |
| Max | Ultimate premium visuals |
You can upgrade quality through the Fusion system (see below).
Pity System
Kuro AI has a unique relationship-based pity system that works behind the scenes. It's invisible β no progress bars or counters β but it rewards loyal fans:
- Wishlist Bonus: Add up to 5 characters to your wishlist. Spending Krystals on a wishlisted character (gifts, etc.) subtly increases your chances of pulling them.
- Quality Bonus: Total Krystals spent across the platform gradually improves the print quality of your future pulls.
The more you interact with a character, the better your luck with them. It's a bond thing.
Customizing Cards
You can personalize your cards using Stardust (SD), a currency earned by burning unwanted cards.
Available customizations:
| Type | What It Does | Cost Range |
|---|---|---|
| Frames | Decorative border around the card | 50 β 200 SD |
| Dyes | Color overlay on background/nameplate | 30 β 150 SD |
| Effects | Visual FX (sparkle, fire, holographic, sakura...) | 100 β 250 SD |
| Glows | Animated corner glow effects | Varies |
| Morphs | Change to a seasonal variant artwork | 300 SD |
| Fonts & Colors | Custom nameplate text style | Varies |
Remember: card condition affects which customizations you can apply. Mint cards get everything, Damaged cards get nothing.
Burning Cards (Stardust)
Don't want a card? Burn it to convert it into Stardust:
| Print Tier | Stardust Earned |
|---|---|
| SP (#1) | Cannot be burned |
| Legendary (#2-10) | ~1,000 SD |
| Epic (#11-100) | ~350 SD |
| Rare (#101-500) | ~120 SD |
| Common (#501+) | ~50 SD |
The final amount is multiplied by the card's condition (Mint = 100%, Damaged = 20%).
Burning cards also gives a small, hidden boost to your pity system β better pulls in the future.
Card Fusion
Have duplicate cards of the same character? Fuse them together to upgrade the card's quality tier:
Base β Foil β Prism β Max
Each fusion requires matching cards plus some Stardust. It's the best way to make your favorite cards look incredible.
